Legal Aid
Legal Aid (now known as Public Funding) helps with the cost of legal advice for those in the lower income brackets. We have a contract with the Legal Services Commission to deal with Family Law matters.

If you think that you may be eligible we will need the following documents for the first interview:
- Full documentary information about your income and capital assets (up to date wages slips bank statements benefits statements, evidence of value of capital assets)
- Your marriage and birth certificates
- Your National Insurance Number
- Copies of any letters etc about your problem
- Copies of any Court documents you have relating to your problem
- Our Family Information Form duly completed
